Manado, the capital city of North Sulawesi province in Indonesia, is a vibrant tropical paradise nestled at the foot of a volcanic hillside and overlooking the stunning Sulawesi Sea. Everybody is nice with me here, and surprised to see a young white girl. Manado is not a touristic city, but I never felt unsafe. (I was with an Indonesian man untill now, so I'll update if my safety change while being alone woman)
