Is Balatonfured safe for women?
Balatonfüred is a totally safe place. Mostly wealthy tourist are there, some from abroad but the majority from Budapest, or from other big cities in the country and they are just spending some time at the beach. Its a lovely small city but still vibrant and beautiful. I can only imagine some homeless or drunk people making you scared but thats not usual in this city. I live here for 18 years amd i never experienced it.
