Expat Women in Tallinn

We are a friendly community of international women living in Tallinn who connect and make friends. We welcome expats, students who study abroad, Erasmus participants, and anyone living far from home.

About me

I am an actress living in Estonia, working full time at Tallinn City Theatre. I live for cats, wind in the open fields, the woods, smelling fresh flowers, walking in the morning snow, reading poetry out loud, long captivating conversations and decorating my home as if I was a long lost relative of some rich French royal family.

About me

Curious soul with a restless mind, a deep heart, and a knack for noticing the things others miss. I live somewhere between logic and emotion, between tech and storytelling — and I thrive when there's complexity to unravel. Whether it's debugging a mobile feature, reading Hermann Hesse, or unpacking human behavior over coffee, I’m here for the depth, not the surface. I move through life asking better questions, chasing growth, and trying to make things — whether it’s products or connections — feel more real, more kind, more intentional. Still figuring it all out — but making it meaningful along the way. or Rooted in empathy. Wired for impact.

About me

Hey, I'm Anna-Liis. I'm from Pärnu, Estonia, and I have recently moved to the capital, Tallinn. I'm a 21-year-old girl with big goals and plans - I aim to make the most of life, do everything I desire, and bring all my ideas to life. My biggest passion is photography and creating social media content, both in photo and video format. This is something I want to take further and start collaborating with different brands and people. I love creative, motivating, and proactive people – they fill me with a lot of motivation and inspire me to do more! The more friendships I form, the more people I meet, and the more I see the world, the happier I am😊

Is Tallinn safe for women?

Keep an eye open for pickpockets in the old town especially if it's crowded. Otherwise look out for your drinks in bars, but other than that I feel really safe. Take into account that it's getting dark early in winter, so if that's something you feel unwell with, maybe come and visit when the days get longer again. Reflectors are a must in winter. So have one with you.
