Soy doctora en medicina, trabajo coordinando un programa de prevención de uniones tempranas (matrimonio infantil) y embarazo adolescente en la República Dominicana. Tambien doy clases en una universidad. Me gusta mucho conocer personas, me encanta la playa pues naturalmente como cualquier caribeña, sé ingles, italiano y portugues. Disfruto una buena conversación teorizando y profundizando sobre cualquier tema, me gusta mucho la politica, la comida y bailar aunque no lo haga tan bien hahah

Is Santo Domingo safe for women?

Is a safe place as long as you are in the right places, because like other countries it has its places with greater danger. But I recommend to everyone the capital Santo Domingo is very tourist, safe and comfortable.
Posted: January 4, 2025The city is not as walkable as one would like, it’s wise to keep an eye out. The people in here is usually friendly and welcoming, they’re so expressive sometimes you might feel like they’re trespassing your personal space, but they don’t mean no harm.
