Is Angola safe for women?

Comparing to other Angolan cities/towns Moçâmedes (Namibe) is really calm. There are some of local disticts which are a bit dangerous and not recommended to come but in general people are nice and helpful. Kids begging on the streets are stubborn but not aggressive.
