Hi, everyone! I wanna say a few words about Chishiau, the city which I visit often. It’s a normal city that I find even a bit boring for myself. It has very good places to eat, quite save means of transport and taxi. Of course as a woman I have instinctive fears about being robed and assaulted but every time I visit this place it is good and not dangerous, you just have to be careful as when you visit any other city with good safety level

Chisinau is actually quite a safe city. It’s generally very safe to walk around during the day, and even at night — although there are a few things to keep in mind. In some neighborhoods, it’s better not to walk alone, but if you're with company, it’s usually fine. The main and side streets are well-lit. Areas with the most tourists are always brightly lit and busy, especially in the evenings, so you can relax and not worry too much about your safety. As for taxis, there’s nothing major to worry about either, except for the occasional overly aggressive driver (rare, but it can happen). Crime does happen, but it’s very rare. Still, despite the city being mostly calm, it’s wise to stay alert and cautious in certain areas — even during the day.

Moldova is not a really big country, which makes it somehow a bit more safe than the other ones, especially if you’re here in a city I really think there is nothing to worry about, just take care of your personal things, in any case. About villages, yeah, they’re safe too, but not as much as the cities and at night they may be a bit darken. Fell free to visit us, the people here are so kind!🥰💕

Chisinau is a safe place most of the times, as a local single woman I didn’t have any unpleasant or bad experience walking alone in a park or at the night. From a 1-10 scale of safety I would put a strong 7.

Chișinău is a very safe place to be in. I want you to visit, because you shouldn't worry about your safety and the people are open to help you in any situation. Just make sure to be careful when walking at night, but in general the crime rate is low.

I'm originary from Moldova so I can say that it's not very usuall to have some troubles here. Usually people are kind and ready to help. Sometimes, in the dark I feel a bit in danger if I see drunk people or street dogs. I hope that all the girls that would visit Moldova to be as safe as I was all my life of living here.
