Overall safe, but still good to be careful. A lot of annoying weird people like everywhere. Try not to walk alone at night and you’re good. Public transport is okay but still stay aware at all times.
Posted: January 22, 2025It's a really safe and quiet place, and I have walked alone during the night sometimes and I felt pretty safe, but lately the population is growing because of illegal immigrants and they do cause trouble sometimes but same cam be said for local youth aswell

I would say very safe i am not scared to walk at night although at some spots some suspicious people might be hanging there but not common to come across unless intentionally. I recommend limassol as well as paphos very much, paphos is 30 minutes from limassol ! :)

It's safe but I'm afraid of tourists.. They'll try to sell you things, with lies ..For example "my boy is sick please help" ..And I saw a few people walking around and checking in the cars..We must always have eyes open and suspiciously
Posted: December 26, 2024There is very low crime, so coming here is safe and you can enjoy an incredible vacation. Very few thefts are reported; they are almost isolated incidents, and this situation is comforting so you can feel at ease.

I recommend to all girls who are traveling alone just to be careful when walking alone after hours. Also be careful of the men who are freely offering drinks. Cyprus it is an overall safe country to walk around alone. There is no fear of pickpockets or daylight attacks. Just be aware of yourself, dont be afraid but be careful, dont trust men's freandliness super easily.

I immigrated in the island 10 years ago and have been enjoying my life here in Cyprus. I worked in many different roles starting from waitering and growing to admin position in real estate which led to business development, Forex, and just a year ago i shifted my career in children education business administration. I enjoy learning, recently graduated from MBA. I love hiking, nature, music, visiting places that echo something deep. I love growing and learning and questioning the mundane. I love meeting interesting people and enjoy a cup of tea. I work at the city but live permanently in the mountains which gives me a dream like balance between big and vibrant city life and serene mountains where the time stops.🌄🌄🌄

I'm a firefighter and personal trainer. I love fitness and especially helping women become the best version of themselves. I would love to meet serious women and I have to say that I'm not a party animal. I prefer nature and sports activities.Searching for a girl who loves enduro rides too.
