Nepal has amazing scenic beauty. Try to capture it divsionally instead covering the entire country at once. You'll get lots of vegetarian option. It's very cheap for both food and stay but transportation is a bit pricey.

I've been traveling with "les aventureurs" to Népal last year and it was an amazing experience ! Népal is so beautiful, and calm I've been trekking in the mountains and it was wonderful The country is very poor but people are incredible by sharing and smiling You come back asking yourself what you're running after
