Is Bole safe for solo female travelers?

I've walked around the city every day and never felt harassed. I've still been cautious with my phone, of course, but people in this part of the city seem very respectful. I have not been catcalled once. People seem very trusting, as a few people have offered to give me things and let me return the next day with the cash when I didn't have enough. I also don't think anyone has tried to scam me with "tourist prices."
