Lamu, Solo travel
I loved my experience in Lamu. It was the safest I have ever felt as a solo traveler. Everything was very affordable(even as a Kenyan). The highlight, apart from the views, was the lack of catcalling which is a sore point for me whenever I travel to the coastal areas. Everyone was very friendly and respectful.
