My experience in Jamaica was good and fun. I stayed in an all inclusive resort so I didn’t experience the actual city as much. We took a bus to our excursions but I heard Jamaica isn’t the safest place

Traveled to Jamaica in April 2024 (for the 3rd time in a year, countless time in life). I always feel safe, at peace and at home there. The food is amazing, the people are kind, there’s non shortage of outdoor adventures to go on. We have been staying at airbnbs on the island. This past trip, we traversed the north coast which started in Montego Bay to Ocho Rios to Port Antonio with a few stops in between. Favorite is always Port Antonio — best community of people on the island, very lush landscape and plenty of activities to take part it!
