I'm currently in Bole, Addis Ababa, 10 days into a 2 week trip. I walk around the city every day and I am completely unbothered by men and touts, save for a couple people trying to hand me flyers and call cards. Everyone is quite friendly and seems to go out of their way to help with every little thing.
