Is Kampala safe for women?

Its not that safe for women at night or anywhere depending on where in kampala you are. Like taking a boda boda at night is the worst thing you can do in many scenarios. Also about getting stolen from and burglary around is high if you dont live in a secure area.

Like any other city, it has its ups and downs. Mostly, there is street stealing. But one can never be too safe. Prevention is better than cure. Always use a safe boda or faras bikes, and do not walk alone at night if you are not sure of the area.
