I was born and raised in Moscow, in 2018 I emigrated to Kazakhstan and lived here for almost 8 years. I have an art education, so I really love art. At the same time, I have been working in IT for the last 12 years (SEO, PM, AI). Now I am also a clinical psychologist and death doula, so I am actively studying and running a private practice. I love people and listening to their storiesšā¤ļø

I am a first time solo backpacker. I am tired for working and want to explore the world. It is my first time in Asia. I love having fun, being creative, trying new food, chill at the beach, love music, love learning about new cultures, meeting new people, good at talking but definitely also listening <333

Hi ladies! Iām Jell from Thailand! I run a project called Nomadturtle, we organize sustainable traveling projects focusing on supporting local communities, conserving indigenous knowledge, and give local kids English education. We also have co-living home for nomads! Itās a passion project and weāre actively looking for volunteers to help us with the following; - English class assistants for Thai kids ages 4-14 years old - Community sharing: share your skills with us and the community whether itās art, music, photography, content creation, gardening, etc. We value community spirit and always find ways to support each other and local communities. We provide shared accommodation, and visa if you stay for at least 6 months. Minimum volunteering is 2 weeks. Learn more about our project here https://nomad-turtle.com

Hey ! I'm french and in Chiang-Mai for a month, visiting my Dad. Would be nice to meet some people, have a drink, walk around, talk.. See you !
I've walked solo and taken public transportation and taxi's solo all around Chiang Mai, sometimes as late (or early) as 4am. I have never once felt in danger in this city. The absolute worst I've experienced is some base level catcalling like "you're pretty" in a very crowded area.
Posted: September 4, 2025I was really afraid going to Thailand as a solo female traveler but it was a really safe place to be. In Chiang Mai I felt always safe and people are kind, they didnāt want to ask for more money. Even in the night when I walked several times, I didnāt have any problems. Especially in the Old town.
