Hello, my name is Tatum. I’m half Sri Lankan and half Belgian. I recently moved back to my hometown and I’m currently living alone (my kids visit on the weekends) and I have a spare room that is gathering dust. Is Negombo safe for women?
Negombo is a slow paced, and a relatively safer city. General safety precautions such as avoiding traveling alone at late night hours, or at the beach and being mindful of your belongings and surroundings is advised. Mugging and other crimes are extremely rare.
