About me

Hi I am Mia and I am 20 years old right nowπŸ¦‹ I grew up with a lot of traveling and couch surfing and as soon as I turned 18 I started to explore the world by myself. I'm more an extrovert person and I love to talk when the vibe is nice. I've been to several countries and worked in different areas by now. I'm a very empathetic and understanding person. Respecting boundaries is very important for me and I would never do something which makes another one uncomfortable. β™‘ I have a lot of interest.... but my real passion are dogs (dog training, breeding...) and also KPOP. I love to learn about new things and cultures and I am open to almost everything. I love meeting new people because I think this is how you understand the world, listening to different opinions and seeing the world with different eyes.

About me

I'm a new solo traveler, really excited to go to Japan and travel overseas alone for the first time! I lived abroad of Korea over a decade while moving around countries, so I love meeting new people! I worked in the education field here in Korea but I'm kinda burnt out, maybe I want to find a new way of living? Not sure with my life but solo traveling is going to be one new path for me!

About me

Hi, girls! 🌍✨ I love traveling and making new friends from different countries. I live near Hongdae in Seoul, and I also go to Daegu and Busan regularly for my studies, so I know these cities quite well! If you're traveling in Korea and want local tips, a friendly guide, or just someone to explore with, feel free to DM me anytime. As long as our schedules match, I'll do my best to help you enjoy your time in Korea and hopefully make a new friend too πŸ’• My MBTI is INFJ. I'm a little shy at first, but once we hang out, I can be very warm and friendly ☺️

Is South Korea safe for women?

Busan

Very safe. Occasionally, you might run into drunk people in Seomyeon during late hours, but that's pretty much it. I get around fine at 2 a.m., but I stick to brightly lit, busy streets just to be careful.

I can walk around freely at night even in dark alleys. In my experience people keep to themselves and are friendly. I had one poor experience in the 8 months I lived here with a drunk man in public in the daytime. I walked away and was left alone.
