Hi I'm Fateme from Iran, i'm student in Kazan, Russia. i can speak Persian, English, Russian and i want to improve my Russian skills and get to know the culture of Tatarstan and Tatars. i'm so intrested in knowing about other countries, cities, religions and cultures. Is Kazan safe for women?
Kazan is relatively safe city, I especially regarding the fact that it’s the capital of a Muslim republic. It’s ok to walk alone even when it’s dark in almost all the city areas expect for Aviastroitelny neighbourhood
