I love traveling, with in or out of the country, last place I went was seoul korea and next trip in planned in Portugal. We were in tbilisi with my four girlfriends. We got catcalled often and got stared a lot by men. In day light or at midnight, it was so frasturating to walk around. The city is not that expensive but it is not cheap too. The food around touristic areas are not good.

Tbilisi nowadays is less safe for locals due to ongoing political turmoil, however for visitors, I would say it is in general safe to move around in certain hours and places, it is still recommended to not travel all alone in different cities and maybe try to make local friends to avoid getting scammed at different places.
