It’s all about the water. Grace Bay is worth all the hype. You can walk puppies for free at potcakes place. The people seem generally happy and friendly and were very helpful to us both occasions we visited

The beach (Grace Bay) is beautiful. The water truly is turquoise. When the sun is setting you can see the turquoise water under a pink sky. It is truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. There aren’t too many excursions, but this is fine if you just came to relax. It can get a bit pricey so be prepared. I went solo but I wouldn’t recommend young black women go solo. While I felt perfectly safe, I did experience some gawking and was approached by several local men with romantic interest. It became overwhelming.
