It’s a small island where everyone knows everyone. People wave at you when they drive past you or smile and greet you. The price of food is expensive and it’s pricy to travel to and from the island. But the landscape and the vibe are great, especially if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The best time to visit is between April and September. Everything’s green and lots of flowers and wildlife around. Nice swim as well.

Posted: August 1, 2025Guernsey is very safe, with low crime rates and a strong community. Violent crime is rare, and roads are generally safe. Caution is needed for narrow lanes and strong tides, but overall, it’s a peaceful place.
