Posted: February 23, 2025Bahrain is a small Island located in the middle of the Gulf. It is known for its down to earth, friendly people. It is a Muslim country with cultural sensitivity and behavior. It is very safe for solo travelers although modest dressing is recommended in public spaces.

Bahrain is v safe especially towards foreigners and Arabs. When I say foreigners I mean white people. When it comes to brown women we would face the occasional staring and cat calling in some areas. However the laws are v strict here. Women are considered a high security priority in bahrain. You will not have to face any kind of issues. And since it’s the season police patrol around every corner.
