Morocco is so far from my country and I haven’t new a lot, so it was my first self trip and a haven not felt safe, I was looking for safe expensive hotels, and searching a lot of information about places and it took a lot of time. During my trip I visited 10 cities and one waterfall village in the mountain. I recommend visiting Marrakesh and Essaouira first, cities in the South of Morocco. Transport is actually modern and popular. You can travel by car, buses, trains. Buses and trains have the same cost -19€. Planes are also available, but not for all cities. Food is delicious. Good quality tasty meat, big variety of fruits and vegetables. I like species, so Moroccan use it always, what is perfect for me. I like so much moroccan bread, traditional pancakes, kuskus, tajine with vegetables or plums.

Solo travel experience

Great food, kind hearted people, and beautiful scenery! So much to see when visiting and such a peaceful country. Safe and welcoming. Visited Casablanca, Chefchoen, Tangier, and Rabat. Used Airbnb for all locations and rented a car to get around the country. Great experience.

Group travel experience

I was in Morocco for a week with two friends. We stayed in a Camp and through that had a really safe surrounding. We had the chance to go surfing every day and visited the souks. If you go to Morocco, make sure to visit those if you have the chance to. I wouldn’t do it much often, but wouldn’t miss out on it either. The locals are incredible friendly. Even though as a woman you will receive a lot of comments, nobody ever really wanted something from us. The food was amazing. We got to eat local food every day and I really miss it. There are really good vegetarian options. If you stay in a camp or volunteer in one, it is possible to stay there for a lower budget. The shops aren’t as expensive and food is easy to get as well. Overall, I would go there again in a heartbeat if I would have the chance to do so. The nature surrounding the city’s is amazing and the city’s are really pretty to visit.
