Tbilisi is a beautiful city, boasting exceptional cafes, landscapes, and nightlife. I feel safe here; however, you should be cautious of a certain crowd, specifically pickpockets. The local cuisine is amazing, particularly the Georgian foods such as Khinkali and Kachapuri. As a student who has been studying here for the past five years and renting an apartment, I have visited most places in Georgia.

It is a safe place with welcoming people. I met local people who are ready for helping you. The architecture and nearby places are great. Want to visit there again. I rent a house on airbnb near the city center

Tblisi made me feel safe. All i recommend you is, taste all traditional food. You won't regret it. Also, the old town is really small to drive or using public transport. You can walk to anywhere you want.
Posted: January 25, 2024Experienced: March, 2023Maybe because I was there with my bf, I felt very safe, even considering we walked around the city late at night. The city’s very young, vibrant, dynamic, it has some Berlin vibes (but with better food choices haha) We ate a lot, despite being a bit heavy and greasy, the food was amazing (both at fancy restaurants and some no name cafes along the road) We rented an airbnb apartment, despite being small, it had everything we needed. Especially considering that we went there only to sleep and take a shower. Link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/50358406?source_impression_id=p3_1701523183_4m5mRxtA3St3Y4%2BE

I was in Tbilisi for 2 weeks. It was a great experience. The city has many great things to do. Many nice markets, cinemas with english movies, nightclubs, many restaurants and a lot of places with good wine. I stayed in a Hostel, there are many cheap options, even with „female only“ rooms. Beside the city there also is a big lake, if you want some space from the city life. I felt very save even at night time.
Posted: January 10, 2024I love Tbilisi. My favorite things to do there are pretty much just walking around different places and eating. The old part of the city is very beautiful, just like the large main street, Rustaveli. The best restaurant I found was a small, local one. Very cheap and with amazing food, it's called Mapshalia. The traffic is crazy, I travel a lot and I've never been more terrified in a car than in Georgia.

Hello, 40 countries and counting.... My parents sent me to Italy at the age of 16 and I've been unable to sit still ever since. I want to see the world and immerse myself in other cultures.... and live it up while doing so.
