Kosovo is probably the least traveled destination I've been to. I really enjoyed it, it's not overall stereotypically "pretty" (although Prizren is) but it was really interesting to see it.

I visited Pristina and Prizren and loved my time in both. Kosovo isn’t a traditional “hot spot” for tourists which I loved. I found the locals to be extremely kind - I even got lost at one point trying to find a restaurant and a couple of locals walked me to the restaurant. The countryside is also very pretty so I highly recommend it.

I had the opportunity to explore Kosovo, specifically Prizren and Pristina. Among the two cities, I found Prizren to be the most captivating, despite its small size. I was able to see everything I wanted in just two days. Additionally, I found Kosovo to be a safe destination for women, as my group, consisting of three girls, had no issues.

My solo trip to Kosovo was an incredible experience that I thoroughly enjoyed! The locals were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, and everything was very affordable. Among the places I visited, I particularly cherished Prizren, which offered a distinct experience from Pristina. In Pristina, I checked out the nearby bear sanctuary, while in Prizren, I went on a fantastic hike to get a stunning view of the city. I also recommend taking a day trip to Skopje, Macedonia, which is only an hour and a half bus ride away. The city is very walkable and offers a unique experience. The walking tours offered in all the cities I visited were great, and I felt completely safe throughout my journey.
