TravelIs the Quarry Track a better option than the Inca Trail for a 62-year-old?

I’m looking at going to Peru and Machu Picchu in April next year. I’m 62 and reasonably fit. From those who’ve been there - would you recommend the Inca Trail or the Quarry Track? I kind of like the path less travelled so maybe the Quarry Trail with less people would be the best option.
