About me

Hello, travellers! I explored 14 of 18 regions in my home country. If you need info and tips in exploring the Philippines, just ask me out. Nearest airport to me is Clark (2-3 hrs from Manila) and it is also a recommended gateway to Cebu and Palawan, so you'll skip the hectic capital. Am available on weekends. Let me know if you need travel buddy 👣 I am into culture, history, and nature as a social science teacher and environment advocate / youth leader. In my travels, I also allocate language / culture exchange and volunteer opportunities. I like to hike and the outdoors; I scaled the highest mountain in the Philippines in November 2023. I am doing solo travel once in a while and I am completing my Southeast Asia trip, hopefully in 2025. Dream destination is Machu Picchu 😊

About me

Hi I’m Shirneth, a chill girl who loves to travel around the Philippines — beaches, mountains, cities, you name it. I joined here hoping to find a travel buddy or someone who’s also up for random trips and exploring new spots together. I’m also open to hosting or staying with someone if we vibe and it feels right. Let’s share stories, sunsets, and maybe a few road trips along the way 🏝️🚗🌅

Is Philippines worth visiting?

4.2 /5

Palawan, Family travel

The culture is really different from my country. The housses are made with the things they had nearby but not with bricks. They don't care about animal, dogs are everywhere no leash and they are like trophies, I won't even talk about zoo and "farms". But even after all of this (and that's just a little part) it is beautiful landscape and beaches, so cheap when you don't go to tourist trap. I went to Puerto Princessa and Port Barton both in Palawan Island and loved it. I don't think I will come back one day but it was a thing to do, a whole other experience.
